In this interview, Cherry Slurpeexx, a self-described “creatrix”, tells us about her introductions to sex work and adult content creation, how her work has changed over time, and what she hopes to see in her artistic future.

1. Can you introduce yourself?
Hiii, I am Cherry Slurpeexx. I am from Toronto, Canada, and still live in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
I have worked in the sex industry for over 11 years originally as a sugar baby, then escorting, and now a content creator.

2. How did your household/groups outside of your home treat the topic of sex and eroticism when you were growing up? How do you think that informed your view on sexuality in your life and in your art?
Growing up my Mother was very open with us when it came to understanding sex. Although, I was still very clueless. I was so consumed with sports and school. I didn’t really have a huge interest in dating or kissing boys.
Right before Gr. 8 Graduation a group of guys came to my house and convinced me to suck their dicks in a van. That moment, among many to follow, changed the trajectory of my life. If it wasn’t for these moments I wouldn’t be the cock gobbling monster I am today. Slurp, Slurp!
3. Was erotic art and content creation always something you wanted to pursue?
Yes, and no. I remember as an adolescent dreaming of being a pornstar simply because I enjoyed sex so much. It was merely a passing thought and I had no true desire to take action on this fantasy. After high school, I went to school for Fashion Arts, but the streets were calling me once more.

4. What has the evolution of your work looked like? When did you start exploring erotic subject matter?
I began as a Sugar Baby when I first started in the erotic industry. I was young and played the role well. This allowed me to explore Daddy Dom/Little Girl Kinks, which was nice because I enjoyed being submissive and the idea of being used.
During this time I answered ads and explored the depths of submission from leather boot play to whips, and flogging.

5. Pick a piece of your work and tell us about it. What was behind the concept of this piece? What story are you trying to tell? Did you like it when you published it and do you still feel the same way?
One of my first Gagpuke videos I did was a Surprise Milk Video. I drank a bunch of milk throughout the day in preparation for the scene. I had gotten the suggestion from Reddit and thought it would be pretty fun to try.
As I started to gag, milk came pouring out of my mouth and nose. But, because I drank the milk so early in the day it was chunky as it began to curdle. It smelled disgusting! My co-performer jumped up in shock! My apartment reeked for days as we were continuously smelling spoiled milk.
This was only the beginning of my Gagpuke Journey. I always feel a bit nervous when I post gagpuke content because it can really be disgusting!

6. What do your personal and artistic futures look like for you?
In the future, I plan to work with various co-performers. I want to combine new anal antics with the gagpuking to create a shockingly disgusting masterpiece.
On a spiritual level I want to start sharing my story and connect with new people more deeply. I want to connect with other female sex workers to share our stories and create community.
7. What influence do you hope to have on erotic art?
As I continue to share my story I am hoping to evoke understanding and empathy.
